device not authorized but i allowed it.

i plug in my headset i allow it in the headset, sidequest says its connected but a few seconds later it says its not detected and my connection status is all green exept device authorizetion. what do i do.

On Headset go to settings - system - for developers - allow checkbox "MTP Notifications". Reboot headset. Connect USB Cable. Allow USB debug.

Hello there,

It sounds like you may have a faulty USB cable. Try a few spare cables you may have or if possible, borrow one just to be sure before potentially buying a new one. Also try using different USB ports as well as flipping the type C end around 180 degrees.

I would recommend using the easy installer next time you find a working cable and put Sidequest straight onto the headset.
