I have lost my phone and have a new one. I can't find a way to reset my account without the authenticator as you can't use an escape link for your account. Or did I miss a link or option to do this

If you used Google Authenticator with SideQuest then I'd highly recommend you contact SQ Support and they might be able to assist you.
As far as your other accounts go, unfortunately you'll have to go through and manually reset every single one of them, and if necessary contact the relevant support team for each one to try to remove the 2 Factor Authentication somehow.
