Games won't download on my Quest 2

I am trying to download Quest Craft onto my Oculus Quest 2 but it won't work. Side Quest tells me that the game is done downloading but nothing shows up on my Quest, I have even checked the files and I couldn't not find the game anywhere, can someone help me please?

Do you have dev mode enabled? and if so do you have unknown sources enabled?

No, it worked the first 2 times I tried to download it and it didn't work after that

If it is not in Unknown sources there is something wrong with the ADB protocol, try reconnecting your quest and restarting your PC

Go to App Library, at the top left you will see “Search” and on the top right a little funnel I’ll call “Filter”, the. You will click on “Unknown Sources”. Once there, you will see a list of all the apps,although it only shows names, rest assured, they are the full games of the ones you downloaded from side quest or side loaded otherwise. They just show as names rather than show any app thumbnails

You can't use it with multiple accounts on quest.
