Error checking for update.

Trying to connect my oculus quest 2 and it keeps saying it is undetected. Additionally it states that Error checking for update. When I go into get sidequest tab there is no option for PC download. I am stuck. HELP!!!

Did you go on to the headset while it is plugged in and said yes to all the usb debug pop ups?

The first option is for pc.

And there is nothing to click on when I open the link under the pc option
