full capture rate and gpu settings not working

why doesnt full capture rate working for me every since like 2 months ago it stopped working now i cant record high quality videos idk if i should change sum in settings or reboot my headset what should i do i need help cuz idk how to fix and im panicking thinking about the fact i will never be able to record in 60 fps again

I figured out how to fix this issue. First, connect your headset to your PC with sidequest open. Once you do that, press the power button on your headset to put it in sleep mode and choose all your settings in sidequest. After that, hit the power button on your headset 3 times to turn it on, off, and back on again (most of your settings wont register if you dont do this). from here you can unplug your headset and be able to record with full capture rate. You will have to do this again if you reboot your headset.
