Minecraft for Oculus 2

I have downloaded Minecraft on my laptop and I have the Oculus app open and a USB connecting the headset to the laptop and I can't figure out how to get Minecraft (Questcraft) onto my VR!

If you want to download quest craft, you need to find the app on sidequest, and sideload the game, or you can manually get files, and then transfer those files to the headset. They made a video about it. Here: https://youtu.be/9txMU3r19Pc
