All the apps I try to install never actually install. They rather get stuck at 100% or they just say that im not connected. This feels like a scam and I need help actually installing these games

Sounds like you might be using the mobile app on an unsupported device or with a poor usb connection. You might be better using the desktop app.

If you can make a connection on the mobile app then immediately swap to WiFi connectivity - this is more reliable.
