Please help so I can get rid of sidequest

How to delete unknown source apps using terrible android SQ. Everytime I try to delete I lose .01 gb of free space and app hasn't deleted. Please help so I can get rid of sidequest!!!!!

Hi there,

You can always factory reset your headset to remove all apps.
