Hey there!

This error - INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE - measn the app you want to install is already installed and the installed version is newer than the one you want to install. To work around this uninstall the app first then try again. God speed traveller!

alright i uninstalled beat saber reinstalled it and tried againbut it didnt work what do i do and im trying to downgrade beat saber to play custom songs

Please repeat the steps. Uninstall your current version of beat saber. DO NOT reinstall it. Download and install the downgraded version of beat saber as shown in this tutorial: https://youtu.be/jo_tG2XgmH0?t=159
