Side quest does not show the wifi connection logo nor the ip address

I am connected to the internet on my computer yet, the side quest app seems to think otherwise. i am still able to access the web browser within the app so i have no idea what part of the internet i am not connected to.

Hey there traveller!

Sorry you are having trouble, it can be frustrating when things dont work right.

The key is that you need to connect the headset via usb first. That WiFi icon and the IP are for the headset, not your PC. Try to follow the setup steps again to make sure you have completed them all correctly. You may also find luck in this driver tutorial for windows users - https://sdq.st/drivers. Please note Windows 7, 8 and 11 are not supported, 32bit windows is not supported on any version and chromebooks are not supported.
