Pavlov stuck installing

For a couple days my Pavlov has been stuck on installing and I can’t delete it. I can’t even update my games. My last option is to do a factory reset. Can someone please help.

I had the same issue last night. New to Oculus, new to Sidequest Mobile. I have no idea what I'm doing. Download would hang at 95% or something. I kept exiting out and restarting. It took like 10 times, but finally completed.
