Installation process of my game is stuck

Pavlov has been stuck installing, blocking up my download queue. I tried everything I could think of. Resetting my internet, restarting my headset, getting rid of Pavlov entirely. Yesterday, I thought it just might need some time so I left it on over night but that did nothing. Please someone help me solve this issue, I really don’t want to have to factory reset.

I had the same thing with another app.. Chatted with support and they had no idea what time of the day it was. Always seems to be the case. Anyway, factory reset was all I could do to get it going. I was reinstalling due to a factory reset so it was already kinda done anyway. If I ever find an answer I'll put it here for good reference.

Hi! Do you experience this issue with any app other than Pavlov? If it is just Pavlov, it might make sense to reach out to the developers just in case to report the problem. It doesn't seem like there is an issue with an app if other games load without any problems.

I’m all good. I already did a factory reset and everything is functional.
