Adb command failed - No device connected!

I have connected my headset to my PC via USB. My PC recognises my headset. Sidequest doesn't. I am very new - bought for Christmas - and very old, so the obvious is no longer obvious to me!

Hey there! There can be a few different causes to this problem and apologies for the inconvenience caused by this setup process, its out of our hands unfortunately.

If you can make sure to follow all the steps over at https://sdq.st/setup and if it still doesn't work then please lets us know any error messages you see. There is also a guide for verifying the driver step - https://sdq.st/drivers but this could be advanced for most users. If you know someone who is good with computers they could probably do it in no time at all though.
