beat-saber.apk: : /data/local/tmp/_stream.apk could not be installed [INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE] error

I have been playing beat saber on 1.16.4 and I was trying to update my bmbf version to the latest version (1.15.0 for beat saber 1.17.0) but after restoring beat saber and downloading the apk for downgrading beat saber and for bmbf, every time I try to install the apk for downgrading to 1.17.0 (or any version) I keep getting the error, "beat-saber.apk: : /data/local/tmp/_stream.apk could not be installed [INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE]" I have tried to uninstall beat saber again and it gives the same error.

I did find a solution, what I did was uninstall beat saber first, then install the downgraded apk, then go into bmbf though the headset, do the setup process there, and it worked.
