Can't connect Oculus Quest

I've tried connecting my quest to sidequest and the oculus software but nothing happens. I can transfer files from my quest. I can see it on the file manager. My pc says that it's connected and I get a popup in the headset to allow me to transfer files but other than that nothing happens. I've also tried multiple cords and it still won't work. Pls help me :(

Hi! Please ensure you have followed all the set up steps correctly and are using the latest version of Sidequest. https://sdq.st/setup

One of the most common reasons why your quest isn't recognized by SideQuest is you haven't given all the permissions in the headset. After you connect your Quest to your PC and start SideQuest, put on your headset and allow ALL permissions - in addition to file transfer you also wil be asked to allow USB debugging.

If that doesn't happen, try different USB cable AND different ports on your computer.
