Stuck on Installing

I attempted to do an update on Population One and it’s stuck on “Installing.” I can’t update any other apps or play Population One now. I can’t uninstall Population One either. I’ve reset my VR and I’m trying to avoid a factory reset. I’ve escalated my problem but Oculus hasn’t responded yet. Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi! Since Population One is not a SideQuest game, there's not much we can do to help. However, you can use our Backup function to save any data from your game in case you do need to perform a factory reset. Your progress will be saved even if you uninstall the game!
