Device not detected on Mac

My Quest 2 is all of a sudden not detected. I'm on a mac and I've tried restarting everything. Any ideas what I can do here?

I should add that it has been working great before today and the only change I can remember doing is to enable multi user support. Android File Transfer is working fine so the Quest is definitely connected and seen by the mac, but it's still not detected in Sidequest.

Sideloading will only work on the primary account, not on any secondary accounts.
