how to link itchio account to sidequest

for the life of me i can not figure out how to link my itchio account, and i still have yet to figure out how to install a free itchio game apk to myu oculus quest 2. i have read posts but none are for a free game they say once i purchacethe game ill get a key to type in but i can not find key for free game this is like going in circles help plase

Hi,

Some games on SideQuest are actually just listing links to itch.io where devs have decided to ask for a donation or would like you to purchase the app. This is all handled by itch.io once the new window opens and no account linking is needed. Download the apk from itch.io then use Advanced Installer to put the app on the Quest 2.
