How do I update sidequest?

I am trying to get the new breachers game but it will not start up. I think the problem is that I didnt update sidequest to version1.20 or whatever it is.

You should be able to update the VR SideQuest app from inside the headset.

Or go to https://sdq.st/download and get the Easy Installer to put it on the headset again.
