Won't finish downloading

when my app trys to download and it hits 100% and it won't finish like its just stuck, it says im conneted with the green dot and i have tried it with other apps, please help i dont know what to do.

I tried to download breachers than quest craft then I try to download a quest home that is an iland and I use a wire to download them
