Can't get rid of external bonelab mods turned on through sidequest

I recently turned on bonelab mods on sidequest, and i want to turn it off so i can do it another way, but there is no turn off button. HELP.

You just need to delete the repository.json file in your bonelab installation. This only deletes the list for mods from the external section of the games as that's all the bonelab mods option did. The mods themselves can be revived from the mod folder.
