Anyway to create a dev org. without a credit card?

at https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ it says i can use a credit card or 2fa to verify my account, though i already have 2fa and it only lists the one option. Anything i can do about this? or is it another case of facebook dropping the ball

I just tried using my debit instead and it seemed to work, still sucks i couldnt use 2fa but i hope this post helps someone
