My pc not seeing my quest 2

the problem that I'm having is when I plug in my quest to the pc it doesn't see it, so it only makes the quest charge. I used the cord that it came with, but it doesn't work sadly

Hello there,

It sounds like you may have a faulty USB cable. Try a few spare cables you may have or if possible, borrow one just to be sure before potentially buying a new one. Also, try using different USB ports and flipping the type C end around 180 degrees.

If you’re able to get a USB connection even for just a moment, use the ‘Enable wireless mode’ in the SideQuest app.

I would recommend using the easy installer next time you find a working cable and put Sidequest straight onto the headset.
