Quest not detected by sidequest on either pc or mobile but is charging

Hiya guys, developer mode is active and im using the usb cable provided with my headset when trying with mobile app but still no detection, thank youuuu :)

Hello there,

If the cable is charging the device but it's not connecting, then you definitely have faulty USB cables. Try a Type A to Type C in a 2.0 port on the PC.

Awesome, thank you Bob! I kept trying with my cable and it worked eventually =D Although now after installing apps from sidequest they arent appearing on my quest =o

windows 10, tired reinstalling sidequest and turning dev mode on and off. Cables worked fine but after trying to re connect a second time several minutes later it would not connect. Tried new cable but nada :(
