sidequest without computer useage

is there a way to just make the sidequest app on the Oculus store or something for the people without computers or type c phones

Micro USB OTG adaptors will work too, as long as the phone supports.

Not at the moment.

For now, try and get permission to use a PC for just 15 minutes. Download and run 'easy installer', then plug your headset into that PC then click the button to install SideQuest to the headset.
