This is a sample implementation of mixed reality passthrough multiplayer handtracking in the Quest 2 utilizing Unity, Mixed Reality Toolkit, OVR Integration (Oculus), and Normcore for network functionality as well as Eric Provencher's "Networked Manipulator" script to allow for hand tracking data transmission over a network. This is the initial prototype. I might look into updating it slightly moving forward however I plan to leave this project as a boiler plate for people to work from so I don't want to put too much stuff in here so it's easier to replicate.
