Hey, thanks for your feedback! Are you playing on quest, quest 2 or some PC headset? Maybe try cleaning your lenses (It does actually make a difference)? Generally people are very good at precise jumping in this game, but it's made for Quest, so jumping on other headsets doesn't work as good (it's still been playable for me though).

Maybe take a look at my level playthroughs here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyY-27HEMQrpjVBIhmiNfOpz29ZnefAed

@SlinDev I'll add that I'm on a Quest 2 and I frequently experience glitchy jumping when the push-off hand is behind me, out of sight of the Quest 2's cameras. Whereas when my hand is within the inside-out tracking's field of vision, jumps are generally smooth and predictable. (Great work on this by the way)

Thanks, while I can see that as something that can sometimes be annoying, I very rarely encounter it myself (it's usually when holding on to something behind me while pushing off towards something in front of me). So I see it more as a problem with some map designs.

I am already using the controller acceleration data for jumping (which shouldn't need positional tracking, but I think oculus does something with that data too if tracking is lost). But it just means that in the best case jumping is gonna do the right thing without tracking, but you won't move until letting go. I'll consider some improvements for this by trying to do my own position adjustments once tracking is lost. But I think it's mostly gonna be a limitation of Quest tracking.
