The VR Forest App is an immersive virtual reality (VR) environment developed by the ISU XR Lab, aimed at enhancing presence and interactivity in natural virtual settings. This application simulates realistic wind effects and engages users with basic interactive tasks within a dynamic forest environment.

Built in Unity 3D, the app supports Oculus Quest 2, Quest 3, and HTC Vive headsets, offering a multi-platform experience. The project explores environmental immersion using sensory stimuli such as wind and ambient forest sounds to increase user realism and embodiment in VR.
