You should look up a youtuber called "OPEN PC reviews" and search for a video called "The Ultimate Oculus Quest Utility" he's made a tool that can allow you to do many things but specifically more customisable options to lower the Quests CPU and GPU performance (instead of the 3 options sidequest gives you) to get more battery life. it's incredibly handy. Just thought I'd mention.
