Yes, provided two things. First, that they are DRM free. DRM is that thing where Steam checks to make sure you're the guy who bought it. DRM is anti piracy software. GOG doesn't use DRM, or if you use GOG you're maybe in the clear. However, many GOG games aren't windows games. They are dos games using DOSBOX to emulate them, which means you're emulating an emulator. If you're here asking about steam games, you're probably not the skill level to do that without help. But it can be done.
