I really want to play the game but my pc isnt strong enough can you please try to make it sideloadable

The game is for the quest, just press the drop-down next to the download button, and you can get the apk rather than the PC version (The zip file).

The (PCVR) download is for the Computer version. The (Itch) version is the android aka the standalone version (it goes to a website called Itch.io with the download in it)
