can i just download this with just the quest no pc just the quest if

I'm pretty sure you can get a sidequest on a phone and do it that way. Otherwise, I don't think you could get it on with just the quest. (Unless you downloaded a side loader thing on the quest, but that would need sideloading to get it on too.)

And if you can't get it on. I am thinking about putting it on applab, (No promises though) so maybe you will be able to get it on eventually.

Applab is the official way to upload games to the Oculus store. But it's like a prerelease thing, so it's not easily findable on the quest. (You have to search word for word, and click show applab games for it to appear) So you either have to find a compatible computer, phone, or wait until the game is ready for applab.
