However, Thanks a lot for the feedback! We’re disheartened that you had to give 2 stars on the main store for our early access game and 3 stars here, which will cause the game to be almost invisible on the store. and really sorry that the game didn't feel realistic for you. (Even though, I think your issue was that the game is Too realistic :D)

We are already planning to add a casual mode that doesn't have timers or cleaning requirements to make the game more enjoyable for casual players. We did the same for our other games too.

We also have plans to tackle two of the points you mentioned, by adding a purchasable Robot to help you serve orders for dine-in customers, and a Roomba that automatically cleans the floor. And adding a casual mode that has no rewards, but also no timers/cleaning/order rejections, etc..
