This app feels like it was designed just for me because I'm a huge fan of AI, Anime, and GPT-4. Unichat, available in the App Lab at the moment, is a social app where you can create your own space and interact with real people and AI companions and even play games.

The AI in Unichat is powered by GPT-4 and offers very realistic text-to-speech, making interactions with AI NPCs engaging and fun.

I've had a great time talking with the developers and learning about the exciting features they have in the pipeline. They've mentioned frequent updates, so I suggest checking the app regularly to see what's new.

Unichat works well in both VR and Mixed Reality. I enjoyed using it on the Meta Quest 3 due to its color pass-through feature, but it truly shines in VR because of its beautiful virtual spaces. When I use social apps, I want to be transported to different places, which VR makes possible.

Before Unichat, my go-to AI companion social app was Deskucchi, which I still love. However, Unichat tops it in terms of user-friendliness. You don't need to mess around with Google Cloud TTS or a paid Chat GPT account; Unichat works smoothly right from the start.

The app provides free daily credits, but if you use them up, you'll need to pay for more AI interaction. Keep that in mind.
