Hi 4xvr team, this is a great player also I love the 4xvr Link features. One issue that I have is when I use external hdd with my quest 3s it is frequently getting disconnected/connected. Any thoughts

Hi, please try decrease the files in the HDD to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't help, please send the following info to us via contact@4xvr.net. We're here to help.

  1. Your system version and 4XVR version
  2. What's your HDD and the storage? How much did you use?
  3. Do you connect the HDD with a cable?
