Installation

Click "Sideload" & Ready to play!
The first levels are included (~1.5 hours playtime).

Note: Please do not disconnect your headset before the install process has been fully completed.

How to buy Prey (2006):
Prey (2006) is not listed on Steam anymore. But that does not mean you can't aquire it. Buying it from a Steam key reseller is most straight forward. https://www.kinguin.net/category/14608/prey-2006-steam-cd-key After you aquired the key, you can redeem it and Prey will show up just fine in your Steam library.

Once you have bought and installed the game on Steam you can continue:

1. If you haven't already, install the demo (see above) and start the port at least once.
2. On your PC go to your Steam installation of Prey (2006) (\Prey 2006\base).
3. Copy all PK4 files from there to PreyVR\preybase\ on your headset.
4. Now delete all demo pk4 files on your headset. They are not needed anymore.
5. Done. You can now play the full game.

Mods:

The port comes with a selection of pre-installed single player mods. Access them via the main menu. Be aware that the mods require the full version of Prey. They do not work with the demo.
