There is a smartphone-app version (audio only) to ensure the meditation practice continues with or without the headset and provides a lower-cost alternative to the Oculus Quest. The product combines research on virtual reality technology, sound and music therapy, Solfeggio frequencies, essential oils, Serenascent, and meditation. Music used is produced by Australian musicians and indigenous elders with categories of didgeridoo and drums, instrumental, Himalayan, and crystal bowls and chanting. There are fifty guided meditations in the categories of short mindfulness moments, relaxation, performance, health, and children. Three-dimensional sacred geometry shapes can be selected to assist with focusing the mind and essential oils enhance the relaxation experience. With the optional Rhythm band, you can track your heart rate and heart rate variability which is integrated into the headset (and phone app version) and these real results can then be compared to the emotional self-assessments in reporting dashboards. Reporting is available for individual users and group measurements for companies and teams.
