Pilot, race, and ride-along in real drones on remote courses around the world from virtual cockpits using your VR headset from home. The experiences vary from challenging race courses 5-10 acres in size to touring in beautiful and interesting locations.

Since these are real drones, they are available when either our team or other partnering drone owners make the drones available. We launched the platform about a year ago with streamers on Twitch. In fact, when the flights are streamed, Twitch chat appears in the virtual cockpit and the stream audience can interact with the flight: repairing shields for racing and responding to poll questions during tours. As a VR ride-along user, you have similar interactivity in the cockpit where you sit in the jump seat just behind the pilot and co-pilot.

Now we are ready to open to the broader community to join into the live flight cockpits directly. Ride-along is available only to VR users by clicking on the Join Crew button during scheduled flights. Pilot and co-pilot slots are naturally limited to the number of drones (flights) available. About the flight experience, virtual objects are overlaid in the real world viewed in the virtual cockpit screen driven by the live steam drone video. This mixed reality provides challenging race courses for skilled pilots to maneuver including spirals, staircases, and reverse loops. In the tour mode, the virtual objects are markers providing visual reference to the location destinations.

Regarding the drones, our platform is compatible with most DJI drones including Mavic Mini, Phantom 4 Pro V2, Mavic Air, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom, etc. If you own one of these and would like to try it with our platform, please contact us at our email above.
