Niftons Arena is, in my opinion, one of the coolest multiplayer VR real-time strategy (RTS) games available. Unfortunately, I didn't have anyone to play with, so my impressions are based on limited practice with the AI mode. As a huge fan of Lemmings, having played the classic game back in the days, I instantly fell in love with this game. Bringing the beloved Lemmings puzzle gameplay formula into a multiplayer RTS game is simply ingenious!

The game offers a variety of abilities to unlock using in-game currency as you progress. The arena design and game controls are well-designed for the most part. However, creating near the floor proved to be a bit challenging even while seated. It would have been nice to have a virtual crouch option for better maneuverability.

The gameplay sessions can be quite lengthy, ranging between 20 to 30 minutes. While this might seem a bit long for a VR gaming session, if you're having fun with friends, it's definitely doable, especially considering I managed to survive longer sessions like in Demeo.

Overall, Niftons Arena is one of the most unique and interesting RTS games I've played this year. I really hope the developers will add online matchmaking or a smart AI mode in the future. But even without these features, it's definitely worth your attention, especially if you're a fan of Lemmings, RTS, puzzle games, or competitive gaming!
