INTRODUCTION (COMPATIBLE QUEST 2)

VReak Meetings is a new proposal in the VReak universe where you can get together with friends, coworkers and have your business meetings in a large full equipped conference room. You will have at your disposal a meeting table with its respective set of chairs, coaches and coffee tables for informal/formal meetings, a big screen with a laser pointer to show your projects with photos or videos and a great white board to draw and erase graphics or ideas with several colors.

But that is not all, you can also **share your photos and videos**, replicate them, manage them by making them big and small. Is not enough? You can open your 3D models in FBX to show them anyone, rotate or resize them, and share them interactively with up to 20 people at the same time. Please notice that this is a prerelease product and we need you feedback to improve it. We tried to use LowPoly avatars and environments in order to make it more efficient and give it a more professional style.

IMPORTING YOU FILES IN VREAK MEETINGS

First of all, to show pictures, videos or FBX you must put them in your Quest with Sidequest in the folder: “sdcard>Android>data>com.cardboardbuddies.VReakMeetings>files“ The supported formats are [png], [mp4] or [fbx] and the maximum filesize is of 100Mb. Once you see your file sin the menu (open it by pressing [X]) you can share them by selecting the share button (right-bottom corner of the file). A lodading message will appear at the bottom of the menu and the image/video/fbx will be shown in the game after a loading bar appears.

HOW DOES IT WORK? --- Using VReak Meeting is as simple as the others VReak applications. Once you run the application, you will see explanatory videos in the main menu. You have 100 avatars to choose from by pressing [Y]. You can press also press [X] to Open/Close the hand menu. You just need to introduce your FREE credentials (just once for all VReak applications) and log in. Use the fast connection button to enter a room with the maximum number of individuals. You can change the motion parameters or manage the rooms using the different menu options. To move in the game you just have to move the LEFT THUMBSTICK up or down and WALK in place (it works optimally with El Plato, the Noocratic platform), it´s not necessary to move fast, just use natural displacement. Private rooms are not supported at the moment because we wanted to make "login" as fast as possible.

Take a chair in the real life and sit you in a virtual one mixing both realities. To show your photos or videos in the big screen just touch it with them.

WHAT CAN I DO IN VREAK MEETINGS?

• Walk in a natural way:
  >Walking is achieved by moving in place (while HOLDING the LEFT THUMBSTIK up or down) or using room-scale displacement.
  
• Show and interact with png pictures.
  >You can load images from your device to the server and share them with other people. Images can be resized, picked, passed to another person and displayed in the big screen of the conference room.
  
• Show and interact with mp4 videos.
  >Similar to the case of images, mp4 videos can also be shown in VReak Meetings. They are totally interactable and they have a Videoplayer menu.
  
• Show and interact with fbx archives.
  >Fbx are the key part of our application. Import your models (try not to use models with cameras or lighting, although our code is prepared to handle them). Make sure to rename the extension “.fbx”
• Show multimedia in the big screen.
  >Images and videos can be shown in the big screen easily by contact. Just approach you media to the big screen to share it with the other people.
• Write and draw in the whiteboard.
  >We have created a whiteboard with several color pens that allow people to share their ideas. To write on the whiteboard, pick one of the colors (or both at the same time) and approach the pen to the board. A line will appear. To erase the last line/drawing, use the eraser (approach it to the board several times).
  
• Complete environment and large meeting table full of chairs.
  >Simulate a real meeting with tables and chairs that give a higher sense of immersion.
  Up to 20 people at time.
  
• The server is prepared to have up to 20 CCU.
  Finger and Lip movement.
  

  We have implemented basic lip movement and finger movement over the server to know who is speaking to you and use realistic hand poses.
