As you watch your village get torn apart not just by barbarians, but by a myriad of underworld creatures, you know what you must do. You must face the invaders, the beasts. Defeating them will require great wit, a courageous leap into unexplored worlds, with various traps you must both survive and use to your advantage. Ignite your arrows to rupture and pierce the frigid flesh of Ice Giants.

Find the weaknesses of your armored opponents. Demolish those in your way with explosives. And, ultimately, you may uncover a great secret, one being hunted by a legion of enemies. You may learn that it was never about conquering your village, or the other villages that came before. It was always something else the attackers were after, something unfathomable, yet inescapable.
