I've been using Liminal for years and just love it. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I've been using Liminal since it was first released and used it nearly daily for a large chunk of that time. It currently has a number of modules (Sleep, Calm, Energy, Pain Relief, Awe, and Focus). Each module has a number of rotating experiences (usually 4-6 available in each module). If you subscribe everything will be unlocked & available. There is always something good available in Liminal--whether you're looking for a meditation experience (usually found under "Calm"), a game (usually found under "Energy"), self-hypnosis, etc.--there's just a lot of solid content on offer. The only real criticism I have of Liminal is their subscription model. I'd rather them sell blocks of experiences as DLC because I might actually buy them and give the developers some money. But I actually ENJOY the rotating free experiences so despite my very high usage of the app, I've never paid them anything and quite frankly I feel a bit bad about that. That said, if you don't pay, most of the experiences ask a few questions both before & after an experience to gauge how the experience affected you. Supposedly the developers use this info for future development. Subscribers don't have to provide that feedback. All of that said, the questions are short, few, and kind of fit in with the gamification of the experiences. Liminal is free to try, and I encourage everyone to give it a shot. It's a very well-done app with lots of great (free) content that is appropriate for people of any age.
