This is a Commodore 64 in Virtual Reality, it's not just an emulator, it's a REAL Commodore 64 -virtually ;) When it starts up there is a large page of instructions that explain how to use it and load your own custom ROM files (d64 and d81). To lean how to use this please watch the video and/or read the full instructions listed when the app launches, otherwise you may run into issues.
